What is your return policy?
By choosing pre-loved, you’re making a conscious decision to reduce your environmental impact while still indulging in the finest of fashion and supporting our business. However, if in the event you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return the item in the same condition and packaging you received it in for a full refund. Return postage costs not covered.
